In brief, you should know the following about us: our company was established in 2007 by Teresa Hammer.  Teresa has been involved in association issues for almost 15 years. Teresa purchased her first home in 1992 and began learning what it means to live in a planned community. In 2001, Teresa was hired by a prominent local builder to exclusively manage their communities from the beginning stages of development.  This opportunity gave Teresa the ability to see the association industry from different view.  A connection between the homeowner and the developer.  Teresa specifically created Ammerstone Association Management to help local developments. After years of working for this local builder and watching them transition communities, Teresa recognized there was major need for experienced local association knowledge and found many developments needed her help even after they transistioned to a new management company/self management. The issue prompted Teresa to establish AAM.

Our specialty is association management. We do not participate in rental properties, commercial properties, or buying or selling of properties. Our customers particularly value this focus because there is no conflict of interest with our association management services and property management. At AAM our staff not only serves as management representatives, but they also volunteer on community projects, serve as board members, live in managed associations and provide information to those who ask for help.
