PLEASE NOTEBEFORE YOU BEGIN - There is a small service fee charge between $3.00 and $15.00 for processing your payment. This charge is collected directly from the credit/debit card company at the time of approval and does not need to be added to the balance when you type in the dollar amount you want to pay. The Association will only receive your assessment payment and not the service fee.
ZEGO by PayLease: We are now accepting online payments through ZEGO by PayLease. With PayLease you can pay by eCheck, debit card, credit card, and set up reoccurring ACH payments that you control. PayLease is easy to use and once you register your information with them you can view a history of payments to help you manage your assessment payments. Please click on this link to go to:
Please register for the first time or log in as a returning user to make payments or set up auto pay. TO REGISTER: You must know your lot number, your HOA's name and press the "SELECT" button when the HOA's name pop's up to register. (PayLease verifies your address with your HOA name to make sure payments are deposited into the correct account.) Your balance will always show -0- as the system is not connected to our accounting system. If you have questions about your account, please call PayLease. All HOA's have been set up with PayLease, but not all have been set up with ProPay.
ProPay: For owners who have been using credit and debit card services with Ammerstone please go to: .Payment.Ammerstone.com and follow the instructions on the secure site to make your credit/debit card payments. This is the same company you have been using to make credit card payments in the past. This company takes debit or credit card payments ONLY.
Please note: You may want to consider changing to PayLease as their processing fee is around $3.00 instead of the minimum $6.00 fee that you have been paying. They also take echeck and online ACH payments so you have more payment options.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION WITH PROPAY: You must type in at least three
letters of the beginning name of your association for the community to
come up in the drop down list. Once the HOA's name shows, click on the
name and follow the instructions listed. Only click on the "submit"
button once and wait for your confirmation number to be displayed. If
you click on the submit button more than once, your credit/debit card
may be charged more than once. In addition, you can ask for a "payment"
reminder when on the site. Please click the correct button otherwise you will receive monthly reminders to pay. Follow the instructions given to set up
the personal reminder.
If you want to stop the reminders - simply reply by email or text STOP.
